An Post, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 23 of the Post Office Act, 1908 and Section 70 of the Postal and Telecommunications Services Act 1983 as amended, hereby makes the following Scheme: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Postal Money Order (No.4) Regulations 2021. 2. In these Regulations unless the context otherwise requires: “The No. 3 Regulations” means the Postal Money Order (No. 3) Regulations, 2018 ( S.I. No. 179 of 2018 ). 3. Schedule One of the No. 3 Regulations is hereby repealed and replaced with Schedule One of these Regulations. 4. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1ST day of June 2021. SCHEDULE ONE Charges Value of Postal Money Order Charge € € Up to 15.00c €2.00 15.01c to 30.00c €3.50 30.01c to 130.00c €4.50 130.01c to 650.00c €5.50 In respect of supplementary services € For correcting or altering the name of the Remitter or Payee or office of Payment €2.50 For stopping payment €2.50 For the issue of a duplicate Postal Money Order (Including stopping payment of the original order). €2.50 The renewal or repayment of a lost or void Postal Money Order (including stopping Payment of the original Order) €2.50 For the confirmation of payment of a Postal Money Order €2.50 GIVEN under the Common Seal of An Post, 15 April, 2021.
