Article 3

(5)of the Second Schedule to the Regulations of 1978, the Annual General Meeting of the members of each branch of the Association in the year 2021 shall be held – (
  1. a)as soon as practicable after the making of these Regulations, and (
  2. b)in advance of the 2021 Annual Delegate Conference. Annual Delegate Conferences for the year 2020 5.

(5)of the Second Schedule to the Regulations of 1978, the requirement in that Article shall be deemed not to apply in respect of the Annual Delegate Conference in the year 2020. Annual Delegate Conference for the year 2021 6.

(5)of the Second Schedule to the Regulations of 1978, the Annual Delegate Conference in the year 2021 (in these Regulations referred to as the “2021 Annual Delegate Conference”) may be held as soon as is practicable in the year 2021 after the making of these Regulations. Article 4

(7)of the Second Schedule to the Regulations of 1978 – (
  1. a)the term of office of the Standing Orders Committee elected by the Annual Delegate Conference held in the year 2019 shall be deemed to have commenced on the date of the election concerned and to expire at the close of the 2021 Annual Delegate Conference, and (
  2. b)the Standing Orders Committee referred to in paragraph (
  3. a)may perform the functions of a Standing Orders Committee in respect of the 2021 Annual Delegate Conference and any Special Delegate Conference held before that Conference. Trustees 8.

Article 8

of the Second Schedule to the Regulations of 1978 – (

  1. a)the term of office of the Trustee who was elected by the Annual Delegate Conference held in 2017 shall be deemed to have commenced on the date of the election concerned and to expire at the close of the 2021 Annual Delegate Conference, and (
  2. b)the Trustee elected by the 2021 Annual Delegate Conference in accordance with Article 8 of the Second Schedule to the Regulations of 1978 shall hold office until the close of the Annual Delegate Conference held in 2023.
