(2)of the Gaeltacht Act 2012 (No. 34 of 2012) (as adapted by the Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2020 ( S.I. No. 403 of 2020 )) and the Replace with Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2020 ( S.I. No. 547 of 2020 ), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Gaeltacht Act 2012 (Designation of Gaeltacht Language Planning Areas) (No. 2) Order
- The areas specified in the Schedule are designated to be a Gaeltacht Language Planning Area for the purposes of section 7
(2)of the Gaeltacht Act 2012 (No. 34 of 2012). SCHEDULE Language Planning Area: Na Rosa, Co. Donegal
(1)The following electoral division areas in County Donegal: Inis Mhic an Doirn, An Clochán Liath, Leitir Mhic an Bhaird and An Machaire.
(2)That part of the electoral division area of Anagaire in County Donegal which consists of the following townlands: An Bhráid, Droim na Ceárta, An Dún Mór, An Carn Buí, An Charraig Fhinn, Gort Lios Saighead, Mín Doire Ghabhann, Mullach Dearg, Sliabh Mhullach Dearg, Mullach Dubh Thuaidh and Mullach Dubh Theas.
