An tSeirbhís Oideachais Leanúnaigh agus Scileanna, after making such inquiries as it thinks proper and consultation with organisations and associations appearing to it to be representative of substantial numbers of employers in the activities referred to in this Order and of substantial numbers of persons employed in such activities, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 23 of the Industrial Training Act 1967 (No. 5 of 1967) and by section 38 of the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (No. 25 of 2013) hereby makes the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Training (Hospitality (Food and Beverage Industry)) Order 2021. 2. The following activities are hereby declared to be designated industrial activities for the purposes of the Industrial Training Act 1967 (No. 5 of 1967): (
4. a)the management and operation of establishments or part thereof the principal activity of which is the sale of food and/or beverages for consumption on or off the premises.
