I, CATHERINE MARTIN, Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, after consultation with the Director and the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1
(2)(d) of the National Archives Act 1986 (No. 11 of 1986) and the Arts and Culture (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 1993 ( S.I. No. 21 of 1993 ) (as adapted by the Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2020 ( S.I. No. 403 of 2020 )), hereby make the following Order with respect to which, pursuant to Section 1
(2)(e) of that Act, a draft has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas and a resolution approving of the draft has been passed by each such House: 1. This Order may be cited as the National Archives Act 1986 (Section 1
