I, Helen McEntee, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 55
(3)of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 19 of 2022), hereby make the following regulations:
- These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (Section 55) (Stardust Inquest Jury Summons) Regulations
- The form set out in the Schedule is prescribed for the purposes of section 55

Any correspondence relating to this summons should quote the number of the summons and should be addressed to the County Registrar.
