I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 69 of the Inland Fisheries Act 2010 (No. 10 of 2010) (as adapted by the Communications, Climate Action and Environment (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2020 ( S.I. No. 373 of 2020 )), after consultation with Inland Fisheries Ireland, hereby make the following regulations: 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Wild Salmon and Sea Trout Tagging Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2022.
(2)These Regulations come into operation on 1 January
- The Wild Salmon and Sea Trout Tagging Scheme Regulations 2018 ( S.I. No. 585 of 2018 ) are amended – (a) by the substitution of the following Schedule for Schedule 2: “Schedule 2 Rivers Total Allowable Catch Fishery District
