The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1
(2)of the Tailte Éireann Act 2022 (No. 50 of 2022), hereby orders as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Tailte Éireann Act 2022 (Commencement) (No.3) Order 2023. 2. In this Order, “Act of 2022” means the Tailte Éireann Act 2022 (No. 50 of 2022). 3. The 16th day of March 2023 is appointed as the day on which section 25 of the Act of 2022 shall come into operation. 4. The 24th day of March 2023 is appointed as the day on which section 5 and Schedule 2 of the Act of 2022 shall come into operation, insofar as they relate to the repeal of - (
- a)section 69 of the Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001), (
- b)section 29 of the Ordnance Survey Act 2001 (No. 43 of 2001), and (
- c)section 21 of the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006 (No. 12 of 2006). GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, 15 March, 2023.
