I, CHARLIE MCCONALOGUE, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 3 and 14 of the Sea-Fisheries and Maritime Jurisdiction Act 2006 (No. 8 of 2006) for the purpose of giving further effect to Article 15 of Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 20131 (as amended by Regulation (EU) 2015/812 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 20152 , Regulation (EU) 2017/2092 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 November 20173 and Regulation (EU) 2019/1241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 20194 ) and effect to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/828 of 2 February 20235 hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sea-Fisheries (North Western Waters Landing Obligation) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2023. 2. The Sea-Fisheries (North Western Waters Landing Obligation) Regulations 2021 ( S.I. No. 101 of 2021 ) are amended in Regulation 2
(1)by the insertion after “19 August 2022” (as inserted by the Sea-Fisheries (North Western Waters Landing Obligation) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 ( S.I. No. 47 of 2023 )) in the definition of “Commission Regulation” of the following: “and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/828 of 2 February 2023”.
- The Sea-Fisheries (North Western Waters Landing Obligation) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 ( S.I. No. 47 of 2023 ) are revoked. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 20 June,
