I, PETER BURKE, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1

(2)of the Companies (Corporate Governance, Enforcement and Regulatory Provisions) Act 2024 (No. 44 of 2024), hereby make the following order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Corporate Governance, Enforcement and Regulatory Provisions) Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024. 2. The 3rd day of December 2024 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Companies (Corporate Governance, Enforcement and Regulatory Provisions) Act 2024 (No. 44 of 2024) shall come into operation: (

  2. b)sections 4 and 5; (
  3. c)section 7; (
  4. d)sections 9 to 14; (
  5. e)section 21; (
  6. f)section 23; (
  7. g)sections 27 to 34; (
  8. h)sections 36 and 37; (

  11. k)sections 43 to 46; (
  12. l)sections 49 and 50; (
