(4)of the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023 (No. 18 of 2023) (as adapted by the Justice (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2025 ( S.I. No. 242 of 2025 )), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023 (Sections 35 and 37) (Commencement) Order
- The 1st day of February 2026 is appointed as the day on which sections 35 and 37 of the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023 (No. 18 of 2023) shall come into operation. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 23 January,
