(3)of the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2026 (No. 5 of 2026), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2026 (Commencement) Order
- The 8th day of May 2026 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2026 (No. 5 of 2026) shall come into operation: (a) section 1; (b) section 2; (c) section 3
(2); (
- d)section 4; (
- e)section 12; (
- f)section 17; (
- g)section 19; (
- h)section 24; (
- i)section 29; (
