exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 25

(1)of the Statistics Act 1993 (No. 21 of 1993) and for the purpose of giving further effect to Regulation (EU) 2019/2152 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 20191 , as amended by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1704 of 14 July 20212 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/47 of 10 December 20253 , hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Statistics (Amendment) Order 2026. 2. Article 2
(1)of the Statistics (

dustrial Commodities Production Survey) Order 2022 ( S.I. No. 87 of 2022 ) is amended,

the definition of “Regulation”, by the substitution of “as amended by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1704 of 14 July 20212 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/47 of 10 December 20253 ” for “as amended by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1704 of 14 July 20212 ”. 3. The Statistics (Outward Foreign Affiliates) Order 2022 (S.I. No. 566 of 2022) is amended – (a)
