AN ACT TO ADAPT TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AGREEMENTS IN RELATION TO THE SUPPLY AND SALE OF ELECTRICITY WHEREIN THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT IS NAMED AS THE PERSON TO DECIDE DISPUTES THEREUNDER. [20th December, 1929.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:— Adaptation of agreements. 1.—Every agreement having reference to the supply and sale of electricity in Saorstát Eireann wherein the Minister of Transport is named as the person to decide all disputes or any particular class of disputes arising thereunder or whereby it is otherwise provided that all disputes or any particular class of disputes arising thereunder are to be submitted to the said Minister for decision shall be construed and have effect as if the Minister for Local Government and Public Health were named in such agreement in lieu of the Minister of Transport. Short title. 2.—This Act may be cited as the Electricity Agreements (Adaptation) Act, 1929.
