Act Referred to National Health Insurance Act, 1933 No. 13 of 1933 Number 21 of 1934. NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE ACT, 1934. AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 23 OF THE NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE ACT, 1933 . [25th, May, 1934.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:— Amendment of section 23 of the National Health Insurance Act, 1933. 1.—
(1)Paragraph (a) of sub-section
(3)of section 23 of the National Health Insurance Act, 1933 (No. 13 of 1933), is hereby amended by the insertion therein of the following clause in lieu of clause (
- i)now contained therein and the said section shall be construed and have effect accordingly, that is to say:— “(
- i)a person who was a part-time officer of such society in any capacity other than that of secretary.”
(2)This section shall have and be deemed to have had effect as from the 14th day of July,
