SCHEDULE Acts Referred to Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 1957, No. 7 Finance Act, 1962 1962, No. 15 Number 29 of 1963. IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS) ACT, 1963. AN ACT TO CONFIRM AN ORDER MADE UNDER THE IMPOSITION OF DUTIES ACT, 1957 , AND CERTAIN ORDERS MADE UNDER THAT ACT AND THE FINANCE ACT, 1962 . [19th November, 1963.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— Confirmation of Orders. 1.—(1) The several Orders mentioned in the second column of Part I of the Schedule to this Act, and made under the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 and the Finance Act, 1962 , are hereby confirmed. (2) The Order mentioned in the second column of Part II of the Schedule to this Act, and made under the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 , is hereby confirmed. (3) The particulars stated in the first and third columns, respectively, of the Schedule to this Act in relation to the Orders mentioned in the second column of that Schedule are inserted solely to facilitate reference to and identification of those Orders, and, accordingly, nothing contained in the said first column or the said third column shall affect the construction or limit or control the operation of this section and the second column of that Schedule. Short title. 2.—This Act may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Confirmation of Orders) Act, 1963. SCHEDULE. Section 1 . Part I. Number and Year of Statutory Instrument Title General subject matter (1) (2) (3) No. 163 of 1962. Imposition of Duties (No. 128) (Customs Duties and Form of Customs Tariff) Order, 1962. Prescription of a form of customs tariff for use in classifying goods for customs purposes and the revocation of all customs duties (other than those on tobacco, beer, spirits, hydrocarbon oils and wine) and their re-imposition, with certain modifications, in accordance with the prescribed classification. No. 217 of 1962. Imposition of Duties (No. 130) (Customs Duties and Form of Customs Tariff) Order, 1962. Amendment of customs duties imposed within the tariff classification prescribed by the Imposition of Duties (No. 128) (Customs Duties and Form of Customs Tariff) Order, 1962 (S.I. No. 163 of 1962), and the imposition of further duties in accordance with that classification. Part II.
