  3. november 2011 om erklæringsafgivelse, kontrol, inspektioner m.v. i medfør af De Forenede Nationers konvention om forbud mod kemiske våben foretages følgende ændringer:
  4. Overalt i bekendtgørelsen ændres »Erhvervs- og Byggestyrelsen« til: »Erhvervsstyrelsen«.
  5. Bilag 1 affattes som bilag 1 til denne bekendtgørelse. § 2 Bekendtgørelsen træder i kraft den
