Η Ρυθμιστική Αρχή Αποβλήτων, Ενέργειας και Υδάτων, στη βάση των διατάξεων των παρ. 3 και 4 του άρθρου 33 του Κανονισμού (ΕΕ) 2024/1789: «
- Για τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες, κάθε διαχειριστής συστήματος μεταφοράς δημοσιοποιεί τακτικά και περιοδικά αριθμητικές πληροφορίες σχετικά με τις τεχνικές, συμβατικές και διαθέσιμες δυναμικότητες για όλα τα σχετικά σημεία, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των σημείων εισόδου και εξόδου, υπό εύχρηστη τυποποιημένη μορφή σύμφωνα με τις κατευθυντήριες γραμμές που ορίζονται στο παράρτημα I. 4.Τα σχετικά σημεία του συστήματος μεταφοράς για τα οποία πρέπει να δημοσιοποιούνται οι πληροφορίες εγκρίνονται από τις αρμόδιες ρυθμιστικές αρχές κατόπιν διαβουλεύσεων με τους χρήστες του δικτύου», θέτει σήμερα σε δημόσια διαβούλευση την εισήγηση της ICGB AD για τα Σχετικά Σημεία του αγωγού IGB. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι καλούνται να υποβάλουν τις απόψεις τους στη ΡΑΑΕΥ, με ηλεκτρονική επιστολή στη διεύθυνση gasconsultation@raaey.gr ή εγγράφως, έως και την Πέμπτη 31 Οκτωβρίου
- Με την επιφύλαξη των διατάξεων της παρ. 3 του άρθρου 5 του Κώδικα Διοικητικής Διαδικασίας (ν. 2690/1999, ΦΕΚ Α’ 45), η ΡΑΑΕΥ θα δημοσιοποιήσει κατάλογο των συμμετεχόντων στη διαβούλευση καθώς και το περιεχόμενο των σχετικών εγγράφων, με εξαίρεση την περίπτωση κατά την οποία ο συμμετέχων αιτείται τη μη δημοσιοποίηση των στοιχείων του, επικαλούμενος και τεκμηριώνοντας σχετικά ειδικό λόγο, που άπτεται εμπορικού – επιχειρηματικού απορρήτου. - For the services provided, each transmission system operator shall make public information on technical, contracted and available capacities on a numerical basis for all relevant points including entry and exit points on a regular and rolling basis and in a user-friendly and standardised manner in accordance with the guidelines laid down in Annex I.
- The relevant points of a transmission system on which the information is to be made public shall be approved by the competent authorities after consultation with network users.”, sets today under public consultation the proposal of ICGB AD regarding the Relevant Points of the IGB pipeline. All interested parties are invited to submit their views to RAEWW via email at the address gasconsultation@raaey.gr or in writing until Thursday, 31 October, 2024 (included). Subject to the provisions of paragraph 3 of article 5 of the Administrative Procedure Code (Law 2690/1999, Government Gazette A’ 45), RAAEY will publish a list of participants in the consultation as well as the content of the related documents, with the exception of participants that request that their details not be disclosed, citing and substantiating a specific reason related to commercial or business confidentiality.
