1.—The Constitution shall be and is hereby amended by the deletion of Article 52 now contained therein and the insertion in lieu of the said Article 52 of the following Article, that is to say:— “52. The Ministers who form the Executive Council shall include the President of the Council, the Vice-President of the Council, and the Minister in charge of the Department of Finance. The President of the Council, the Vice-President of the Council, the Minister in charge of the Department of Finance, and the other members of the Executive Council shall be members of Dáil Eireann, save that one of such other members may be a member of Seanad Eireann.”
2.—Article 57 of the Constitution shall be and is hereby amended by the insertion in the said Article after the words “Seanad Eireann” now contained therein of the words “and in Dáil Eireann.” Short title. 3.—This Act may be cited as the Constitution (Amendment No. 15) Act, 1929.
