Official translation Official translation GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA RESOLUTION NO. 886 On the Provision of Authorisations 28 July 2000, Vilnius Invoking Articles 2 and 14 of the Republic of Lithuania Law on State Regulation of Agricultural Economic Relations (Official Gazette, 1995, No 1-5, 1996, No 116-2694; 2000, No 30-828) and Article 13
(1)of the Law on the Farmer’s Farm (Official Gazette 1999, No 43-1358), the Government of the Republic of Lithuania h a s r e s o l v e d: To authorise:
- The Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Finance to prepare and approve: 1.1 assessment methodology for the part of proceeds from the sold agricultural produce and production services to agriculture; 1.2 procedure for the assignment of certain areas to less favoured areas.
- The Ministry of Agriculture: 2.1 to approve institutions, which may control the organic production of agricultural products and certify organic products as well as carry out this activity; 2.2 to prepare and, upon agreement with the Ministry of Finance, to approve the procedure for the assignment of the Farmer’s Farm to the farm of full or partial employment.
