THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA SPECIAL ACCESSION PROGRAMME FOR AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA ANNUAL FINANCING AGREEMENT 2001 between THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES ON BEHALF OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY and THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA ANNUAL FINANCING AGREEMENT 2001 The Commission of the European Communities, hereinafter referred to as "the Commission", acting for and on behalf of the European Community, hereinafter referred to as "the Community" of the one part, and The Government of the Republic of Lithuania acting for and on behalf of the Republic of Lithuanian, hereinafter referred to as " the Republic of Lithuania " of the other part, and together jointly referred to as "the Contracting Parties", Whereas

2. Article 2 Commitment The financial contribution of the Community for the year 2001 is limited to 30.956.192 €. This commitment is valid only for execution of the Programme
