SEIMAS OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA RESOLUTION 28 March 1995 No. I-834 Vilnius Regarding the Ratification of the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Lithuania and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank) for the Financing of the Klaipeda Environmental Project The Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, in compliance with item 16 of Article 67 of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania and taking into account the Decree of the President of the Republic of 20 March 1995 "Regarding the Presentation to the Seimas for Ratification of the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Lithuania and the World Bank for the Financing of the Klaipeda Environmental Project", r e s o l v e d: 1. To ratify the Agreement between the Republic of Lithuania and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development for a loan in the amount of USD 7 million for the financing of the Klaipeda Environmental Project, signed in Washington on 27 January 1995. 2.
