CIVILINĖS AVIACIJOS ADMINISTRACIJOS DIREKTORIAUS Į S A K Y M A S DĖL LIETUVOS RESPUBLIKOS ORO ERDVĖS ORGANIZAVIMO TAISYKLIŲ ĮGYVENDINIMO 2004 m. balandžio 28 d. Nr. 4R-80 Vilnius Vykdydamas Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės 2004 m. kovo 17 d. nutarimo „Dėl Lietuvos Respublikos oro erdvės organizavimo taisyklių patvirtinimo“ (Žin., 2004, Nr. 42-1379) 2.4 punkto nuostatas:

  1. Tvirtinu: 1.
  2. laikino leidimo vykdyti reguliarųjį oro susisiekimą A formą (pridedama); 1.
  3. leidimo vykdyti reguliarųjį oro susisiekimą B formą (pridedama); 1.
  4. paraiškos vykdyti nereguliarųjį (-iuosius) skrydį (-ius) C formą (pridedama); 1.
  5. leidimo vykdyti nereguliarųjį (-iuosius) skrydį (-ius) D formą (pridedama).
  6. Nurodau, kad C ir D formos pildomos lietuvių arba anglų kalba.   10. Flight schedules and amendments to them shall be submitted for the approval by the Civil Aviation Administration not later than 30 days prior to the planned date of commencement of the service.
  11. Carriage tariffs and terms of their application shall be submitted for the approval by the Civil Aviation Administration not later than 30 days before the planned date of their application.
  12. Air carrier shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania regarding entry into and departure from its territory of an aircraft.
  13. Air carrier shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania regarding entry, clearance, transit, immigration, passports, customs and health or sanitary measures.
  14. Air carrier has valid aircraft, passenger, cargo and third parties insurance certificates. This permit may be suspended, revoked: In the case of failure by air carrier to comply with the laws or regulations of the Republic of Lithuania. The permit shall be valid for 48 hours after the planned time of arrival or departure indicated in the flight schedule. In the case any one flight fails to operate within 48hrs of the time of arrival or departure to or from territory of Lithuania, the Permit for that particular flight becomes automatically void.
