1. Purpose of the Law The purpose of this Law is to allow the Government or an institution authorised by it to convert the State Enterprise Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant. Article
2. Conferring of the Right to Change a Legal Form of the Enterprise The Government or an institution authorised by it shall be conferred the right to convert the State Enterprise Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant into a private limited-liability company the holder of all shares of which must be the State. Article
3. Proposal to the Government To propose to the Government to submit to the Seimas, together with the Resolution on the Conversion of the State Enterprise Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant into a Private Limited-liability Company an appropriate draft law amending the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Enterprises and Facilities of Strategic Importance to National Security as well as other Enterprises Important for Ensuring National Security.
