GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA

(1)of the State and Municipal Enterprise Law of the Republic of Lithuania (Valstybės Žinios (Official Gazette) No 102-2049, 1994; No 83-2512, 2000), and Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Management, Use and Disposal of State and Municipal Property (Valstybės Žinios (Official Gazette) No 54-1492, 1998; No 60-2412, 2002), the Government of the Republic of Lithuania has resolved:

1. To establish the following state enterprises: Visagino energija, Visagino poligrafija, Visagino statybininkai, Training Centre of the Nuclear Power Plant, Visagino energetikos remontas and Visaginas Transport Centre.
2. To charge the Ministry of Economy with the following tasks: 2.
3. carrying out the functions of the founder of the state enterprises listed in paragraph 1 above; 2.
4. drafting and approving the statutes of the state enterprises listed in paragraph 1 above and submitting them to the Registrar of the Register of Enterprises for registration.
5. To establish that: 3.
6. the financial assets (money) owned by the state as a part of the budget of the Programme for the Decommissioning of Unit 1 of the State Enterprise Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant approved by Resolution No 172 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 19 February 2001 (Valstybės Žinios (Official Gazette) No 17-523, 2001) shall be allocated to the state enterprises listed in paragraph 1 above as a contribution to their authorised capital, in the amount of LTL 100 each; 3.
7. the newly established state enterprises shall be engaged in the following main economic activities: 3.2.
8. the State Enterprise Visagino energija shall be engaged in the supply of electricity, heat, and cold and hot water to the users of Visaginas town, and in wastewater disposal and treatment; 3.2.
9. the State Enterprise Visagino poligrafija shall be engaged in the provision of printing and related services; 3.2.
10. the State Enterprise Visagino statybininkai shall be engaged in construction and repair works; 3.2.
11. the State Enterprise Training Centre of the Nuclear Power Plant shall be engaged in the provision of staff training services; 3.2.
12. the State Enterprise Visagino energetikos remontas shall be engaged in the repair of equipment of the Power Plant; 3.2.
