LIETUVOS RESPUBLIKOS VYRIAUSYBĖ GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA RESOLUTION No 1471 ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PERSONAL DOCUMENTS ISSUING CENTRE UNDER THE MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR Vilnius 5 December 2001 In accordance with Part 1 of Article 3 of the Law on Budgetary Institutions of the Republic of Lithuania (Official Gazette No 104-2322, 1995; No 66-1601,1997) and paragraphs 8 and 9 of Article 22 of the Law on the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (Official Gazette No 43-772, 1994; No 41

(1)-1131, 1998; No 92-2843, 2000 ) the Government of the Republic of Lithuania has resolved:

To establish from 1 January 2002 a service under the ministry – a Personal Documents Issuing Centre under the Ministry of the Interior.
To oblige: 2.
The Ministry of the Interior to carry out the functions of the founder of the Personal Documents Issuing Centre under the Ministry of the Interior; 2.
the Minister of the Interior – to approve by 1 January 2002 the Statute of the Personal Documents Issuing Centre under the Ministry of the Interior Prime Minister Algirdas Brazauskas Minister of the Interior Juozas Bernatonis
