4. to notify the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) of this act of accession; 2.
5. to deposit the instrument of accession to the Vienna Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material of 1979 in accordance with the procedure prescribed by Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on International Treaties of the Republic of Lithuania.
6. To instruct the Ministry of Energy in conjunction with the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Ministry of Justice to prepare and, within a month after the date of sending of the instrument of accession subject to the deposit, to submit to the Government of the Republic of Lithuania drafts of regulatory acts establishing the procedure for importing, exporting, transporting and protecting nuclear material in the Republic of Lithuania, and indicating inter alia the institutions responsible for the fulfilment of the obligations laid down in the Convention.
