the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO Official translation GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA RESOLUTION No. 909 21 July 1998 Vilnius ON THE REPRESENTATION IN MAINTAINING RELATIONS WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE NUCLEAR-TEST-BAN TREATY ORGANISATION Seeking to develop relations with the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organisation, the Government of the Republic of Lithuania r e s o l v e s:
- to instruct the State Nuclear Safety Inspectorate to represent the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in maintaining relations with the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organisation and to co-ordinate activities of the State government institutions of the Republic of Lithuania, related to this Organisation.
- To obligate the Ministry of the Environment, the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of the Economy and to propose to the Institute of Physics and the Institute of Geology to appoint, within 10 days from the entry into force of this Resolution, persons responsible for the activities related to the Comprehensive Nuclear Test-Ban Treaty, and to notify the State Nuclear Safety Inspectorate of the appointment of such persons.
