Translation from Lithuanian Translation from Lithuanian GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA R E S O L U T I O N No. 584 On partial amendment to the Resolution No. 443, dated 16 June 1993 adopted by Government of the Republic of Lithuania Vilnius, 29 July 1993 The Government of the Republic of Lithuania r e s o l v e s : To introduce the following amendments to the Resolution No. 443 "On the Procedure of Export and Import Regulation in the Republic of Lithuania", dated 16 June 1993 adopted by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania ( News, 1993, No. 24-573):

1. To formulate the subparagraph 2.10.
2. as follows: "2.10.
3. technical alcohol is imported under the quota issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade; unbottled alcoholic drinks for industrial processing, their raw materials and eggs for hatching are imported under the quota issued by the Ministry of Agriculture. The Ministry of Agriculture must prepare and, having coordinated it with the Ministry of Economy, approve the regulations of the aforementioned commodity quota assignment".
4. To introduce, within the limits of the norms of customs tariff for commodity import, the following changes in the aforementioned Resolution: 2.
5. to delete the following passage from Section IV "Prepared Foodstuffs; Beverages, Spirits and Vinegar; Tobacco and Manufactured Tobacco Substitutes": "2403other manufactured tobacco and 5"; manufactured tobacco substitutes, "homogenized" and/or "reconstituted" tobacco, tobacco extracts and essences 2.
6. to formulate the third and the fourth passages of Section XIII "Articles of Stone, Plaster, Cement, Asbestos, Mica or Similar Materials, Ceramic Products, Glass and Glassware" as follows: "7001-70041010,glass and glassware 10 7005-7009, 70109021-70109041, 70109047-70109067, 70109081-7014, 701590-701690, 7018-7020 70109010 preserving jars of glass 50 70109043, bottles of transparent 50". 70109045 glass
7. To introduce, within the limits of the norms of customs tariff for commodity export, the following changes to the aforementioned Resolution: 3.
8. to delete the following passage from Section I "Live Animals and Animal Products": "010290 live bovine animals 20"; 3.
9. to supplement Section II "Vegetable Products" with the following passage: "10 cereals 10".
10. To introduce the following changes in the list of commodities, temporarily (till 1 October 1993) prohibited for export from the Republic of Lithuania, adopted by the aforementioned Resolution: 4.
11. to delete the following passage from Section I "Live Animals and Animal Products": "010391, 010392live swine"; 4.
