Translation from Lithuanian Translation from Lithuanian GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA R E S O L U T I O No. 656 On partial amendment to the Resolution No. 443, dated 16 June 1993 adopted by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Vilnius, 27 August 1993 The Government of the Republic of Lithuania r e s o l v e s :

1. To introduce the following amendments to the Resolution No. 443 "On the Procedure of Export and Import in the Republic of Lithuania", dated 16 June 1993 adopted by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania ( News, 1993, No.24-573, No.34-789 ): 1.
2. to formulate paragraph 2.14 as follows: "2.
3. unbottled alcoholic drinks and their raw materials can be imported according to the regulations formulated in subparagraph 2.10.
4. exclusively by the state firm "Alita", state enterprise "Anykðèiu Vynas", state company "Stumbras", Vilnius spirit and soft drink factory, Stakliðkës "Lietuviðkas midus" factory under the Cooperative Union of Lithuania and Tauragë state fruit and vegetable processing enterprise"; 1.
5. within the limits of the norms of customs tariff for commodity import approved herein: 1.2.
6. to formulate the second passage of Section I "Live Animals and Animal Products" as follows: "0201-0205, meat 30"; 0208-0210 2 1.2.
7. to formulate the eleventh passage of Section IV " Prepared Foodstuffs, Beverages, Spirits and Vinegar, Tobacco and Manufactured Tobacco Substitutes" as follows: "20-2202 preparations of vegetables, 5 fruit, nuts or other parts of plants, different food preparations, waters 2301-230220, residues and waste from the 5"; 230240-2309 food industries, prepared animal fodder 1.2.
8. to delete the following passage from Section V "Mineral Products" : "2522 quicklime, slacked lime and 1 0"; hydraulic lime 1.2.
9. to formulate the first passage of Section VII "Plastics and Articles Thereof, Rubber and Articles Thereof" as follows: "391721-3926 plastic products 15"; 1.2.
10. to formulate the third passage of Section XIII "Articles of Stone, Plaster, Cement, Asbestos, Mica or Similar Materials, Ceramic Products, Glass and Glassware" as follows: "7001-7002 glass and glassware 10"; 70041010, 7006-7009, 70109021-70109041, 70109047-70109067, 70109081-7014, 701590-701690, 7018-7020 3
11. To recognize as invalid paragraph 3.
