Translation from Lithuanian Translation from Lithuanian GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA R E S O L U T I O N No. 745 On Partial Amendment to the Resolution No. 443 of 16 June 1993 adopted by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Vilnius, 5 October 1993 Owing to the minimal purchasing prices for sugar beets set for 1993 and aiming to ensure processing of sugar beets and realization of the ready made sugar, the Government of the Republic of Lithuania r e s o l v e s: To partly amend customs tariff rates approved by the Resolution No. 443 "On the Procedure of Export and Import Regulation in the Republic of Lithuania of 16 June 1993 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania" (News No.24-573, 1993) to outline the second paragraph of Section IV. "Prepared Foodstuffs, Beverages, Spirits and Vinegar, Tobacco and Manufactured Tobacco Substitutes" as follows: "170199 sugar 70, but not less than 200 USD per ton" This regulation is in effect till 1 March 1994.
