Translation from Lithuanian Translation from Lithuanian R E S O L U T I O N No. 848 On Partial Amendments to Resolution No. 443 Adopted by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 16 June 1993 Vilnius, 16 November 1993 The Government of the Republic of Lithuania r e s o l v e s: Partly amending Resolution No. 443 "On the Procedure of Export and Import Regulations in the Republic of Lithuania" (Records, 1993, No.24-573) adopted by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 16 June 1993:

  1. and applying the present Resolution specifying customs duty rates for import commodities: 1.1 to outline passage four of Section I. "Live Animals and Animal Products" as follows: "0207 poultry meat and edible offal 30"; 1.
  2. to outline passage three of Section IV. "Prepared Foodstuffs, Beverages, Spirits and Vinegar, Tobacco and Manufactured Tobacco Substitutes" as follows: "1703 molasses 5 1801-1805 cacao 5 1806 chocolate and other products containing cacao 20 190120-1904, preparations of cereals, flour, 19059030 starch and milk 5"; 1.
  3. to outline Section VII. "Plastics and Articles Thereof, Rubber and Articles Thereof" as follows: "391721-3918, plastic products 15". 39201019-392112, 392114-3926
  4. and applying the present Resolution specifying "The Import Procedure of Tobacco and Alcoholic Drinks" : 2.
  5. to outline passage two of Paragraph 5 as follows: "The stamps shall be glued on tobacco packs and on alcoholic drinks in such a manner which shall make the opening of a pack or a bottle impossible without damaging the stamp. Since 1 January 1994, selling of tobacco products and alcoholic drinks (except for beer) without stamps is prohibited"; 2.
  6. to append Paragraph 3 with the third passage: "Since 15 November 1993, import to the Republic of Lithuania of tobacco products and alcoholic drinks (except for beer and alcoholic drinks, other than bottled alcoholic drinks, and their products, which are imported according to the established procedure) without stamps is prohibited. This regulation is not applied to tobacco products and alcoholic drinks imported and delivered to the customs warehouses and duty free shops".
