1. To apend customs duty rates for exported commodities approved by Resolution No. 443 "On the Procedure of Export and Import Regulations in the Republic of Lithuania" adopted by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania" adopted by the Goverment of the Republic of Lithuania on 16 June 1993 (Records, No. 24-573, 1993) with the following Section: "Section V. Mineral products 271000330, 271000350 petrol 10 271000690 dysel fuel 10 271000790 residual oil 10 271119000 liquid gas 10"
2. To establish that customs duty rates are not applied to oil products processed from oil imported by foreign economic entities upon a contract to Maþeikiai State Enterprise "Nafta" and exported thereby.
