Translation from Lithuanian Translation from Lithuanian GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA R E S O L U T I O N No. 942 On Partial Amendments to Resolution No. 443 Adopted by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 16 June 1993 Vilnius, 18 December 1993 The Government of the Republic of Lithuania r e s o l v e s : To make following amendments to Resolution No. 443 "On the Procedure of Export and Import Regulations in the Republic of Lithuania" (Records, 1993, No. 24-573, No. 34-789, No.42-874, No. 49-973) adopted by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 16 June 1993: 1.1 to outline passage 2.10.3 as follows: "2.10.

1. technical alcohol is imported under the quota issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade; unbottled alcoholic drinks, their raw materials and technical alcohol for industrial processing, bird's eggs for hatching (codes according to the EEC combined system of commodity nomenclature - 0407.00.11.0, 0407.00.19.0), pure - bred breeding animals: horses, cattle, swines, sheep, goats (codes according to the EEC combined system of commodity nomenclature - 0101.11.00.0, 0102.10.00.0, 0103.00.0, 0104.10.10.0, 0104.20.10.0), live poultry: hens, ducks, geese, turkeys, guinea-fowls ( codes according to the EEC combined system of commodity nomenclature - 0105.11.00.0, 0105.19.10.0, 0105.19.90.0), other live breeding animals: quails, domestic rabbits, fur-bearing animals, bees, fish (codes according to the EEC combined system of commodity nomenclature - 0106.00.91.0, 0106.00.10.0, 0106.00.99, 0301.91.00.0 - 0301.99.19.0), pork for sausage and foodstuff purposes ( code according to the EEC combined system of commodity nomenclature - 0203), cereals and mixed fodder (codes according to the EEC combined system of commodity nomenclature - 10, 1214.90.90.0), are imported under the quota issued by the Ministry of Agriculture as well as molasses (according to the EEC combined system of commodity nomenclature code - 1703) are exported in exchange for sugar beet seeds and the facilities of sugar industry under the same quota. 1.
2. In Section I." Live animals and Animal Products " of customs duty rates for import commodities approved by the said resolution: 1.2.

5. to authorise the Ministry of Agriculture in conjunction with the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Economy to establish the procedure of issuance of quota till December 27, 1993 for breeding animals: domestic animals, live poultry, rabbits, fur-bearing animals, bees and fish, reproducers' sperm as well as pork for sausage and foodstuff purposes that are imported duty-free according to the said quota.
6. Partly amending the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 745 dated October 5, 1993 " On Partial Amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No.443 dated June 16, 1993" (News, 1993, No. 52-1015) to insert a sentence "till October 1, 1994 " instead of " till March 1, 1994 " in the last paragraph.
