Translation from Lithuanian Translation from Lithuanian GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA D I R E C T I V E No. 367 On the Establishment of the Consulting Committee on the Nuclear and Radiation Safety Vilnius, 17 May 1993 Pursuant to the experience of the international nuclear energy consumption and upon the TATENA recommendations:

1. To establish the Consulting Committee on Nuclear and Radiation Safety and to appoint Mr. J. Vilemas, Director of Lithuanian Energy Institute and National Consultant on Nuclear Energy Issues, as a chairman of the Committee.
2. To instruct the Chairman of the Consulting Committee on Nuclear and Radiation Safety to submit within a month to the Government of the Republic of Lithuania proposals on the establishment of the aforementioned Committee including various nuclear and radiation safety experts from the Republic of Lithuania, Russian Federation, Finland, Sweden, Ukrain, Germany and other countries, and to submit the draft of the working agenda after coordinating it with the State Inspectorate on Nuclear Energy Safety and the Ministry of Energy according to the established procedure.
