1. To outline paragraph 1 as follows: "
2. To use the funds offered by the Swedish community to Lithuania (535900 SEK) to popularize in Lithuania the culture and art of Sweden and other nations living in the Baltic states the Lithuanian culture and art in Sweden and other Baltic states”.
3. To replace the words "to authorise the Ministry of Culture and Education to draw up the regulations of the charity fund "The Swedish and Lithuanian art connections" with the words "to authorise the Ministry of Culture to work out the regulations of the charity fund "The Baltic Culture Fund".
