iuiuiuo Translation from Lithuanian GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA R E S O L U T I O N No. 1256 On Supplements to Resolution No. 1221 “On licencing wholesale and retail trade in import and export of oil products and retail trade in liquid gas” adopted by the Government the Republic of Lithuania on 14 September 1995 Vilnius, 21 September 1995 The Government of the Republic of Lithuania r e s o l v e s: To append paragraph 3.2 of Resolution No. 1221 “On licencing wholesale and retail trade in import and export of oil products and retail trade in liquid gas” adopted on 14 September 1995 by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (Records, 1995, No. 77-1793) by the following paragraph: “Enterprises holding certificates of trade in oil products which validity expires within the period of coming into force of the present Resolution and the enactment of regulations of licencing wholesale and retail trade in import and export of oil products and retail in liquid gas are allowed to trade in oil products till 15 October 1995. Enterprises which fail to realize the stock of their oil products prior to the enactment of the said regulations and which do not intend to continue trade in oil products may realize the remaining stock by 25 October 1995.
