Translation from Lithuanian Translation from Lithuanian GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA R E S O L U T I O N No. 1357 On Partial Amendments to Resolution No. 497 "On Order of Application of Securities in Customs Clearance Procedures" adopted on 7 April 1995 by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Vilnius, 18 October 1995 The Government of the Republic of Lithuania r e s o l v e s: To append Resolution No. 497 "On Order of Application of Securities in Customs Clearance Procedures" adopted on 7 April 1995 by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (Records, 1995, No. 32 - 749, No. 46 - 1124) with the following paragraph: "2.5. The Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance or regional customs upon the instructions received from the said Department shall enjoy the right to conclude agreements on application of ordinary security in the process of customs clearance procedures with the economic entities registered in the Republic of Lithuania which, according to the established procedure, have been granted the status of customs surety".
