Translation from Lithuanian Translation from Lithuanian GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA R E S O L U T I O N No. 1369 On Partial Amendments to Resolution No. 985 "On Procedure of Export and Import Regulation in the Republic of Lithuania" adopted by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 14 October 1994 Vilnius, 20 October 1995 The Government of the Republic of Lithuania r e s o l v e s:

1. To introduce the following amendments to Resolution No. 985 "On Procedure of Export and Import Regulation in the Republic of Lithuania" adopted by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 14 October 1994 (Records, 1994, No. 81-1539, No. 85-1615; 1995, No. 20-460, No. 39-978, No. 44-1082, No. 61-1550, No. 70-1678, No.79-1842): 1.
2. to outline paragraph 2.15 as follows: "2.
3. quotas for the import of meat of bovine animals, meat of swine, butter, potatoes, cereals, top quality wheat flour, mixed fodder, not roasted malt, fat of oxen, sheep, and goats, raw sugar for refining and sugar shall be approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania upon recommendation of the Ministry of Agriculture. These quotas shall be assigned by way of competition"; 1.
4. to outline paragraph 2.17 as follows: "2.
5. import duties paid for goods constituting foreign investors' material contribution to the authorised capital over the period of its formation, shall be returned after the Customs Department receives a certificate confirming that duties have been paid for these goods, the company has been registered where foreign capital was invested or the registration of increase of authorised capital and these goods shall be used as long-term property approved by the State tax Inspectorate of the city or region wherein the economic entity is located"; 1.
6. to outline paragraph 2.19.2 as follows: "2.19.2 goods imported from the countries listed in above paragraph 1.5 if: 2.19.2.1 documents of the origin of goods are presented in a different form that that indicated in the free trade agreements concluded between the Republic of Lithuania and other foreign states (groups of foreign states) which confirm that goods are produced in those countries; 2.19.2.2 goods are imported according to the established tariff quotas established in the free trade agreements between the Republic of Lithuania and other foreign states (groups of foreign states), but no certificate on the extraordinary tariff quota is presented to the customs according to the established procedure excluding the documents of the origin of the goods confirming that those goods are produced in the said countries"; 1.
7. to outline the last passage of paragraph 2.20 as follows: "When goods are imported according to the established tariff quotas established in the free trade agreements between the Republic of Lithuania and other foreign states (groups of foreign states), a certificate confirming the extraordinary tariff quota shall be also presented according to the established procedure"; 1.
8. to delete the following passage in Section XVI "Machinery and Mechanical Appliances, Electrical Equipment and parts Thereof, Sound Recorders and Reproducers, Television Image and Sound Recorders and Reproducers, parts and Accessories of Such Articles: "85441110 lacquered or enameled 10 15"; winding wire of copper 1.
9. in the list of duty-free imported goods according to the quotas specified by the ministries, and approved by the said resolution to substitute: "17011110 Raw sugar for refining Ministry of Agriculture 17011290 170199 Sugar Ministry of Agriculture” with the passages: "17011110 Raw sugar for refining Ministry of Agriculture**, 17011290 Ministry of Industry and Trade 170199 Sugar Ministry of Agriculture**, Ministry of Industry and Trade
10. This resolution shall enter into force on November 15
