Translation from Lithuanian Translation from Lithuanian GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA R E S O L U T I O N No. 747 On Approval of the Order of Granting the Status of Customs Surety to Reliable Economic Entities of the Republic of Lithuania, the List of Which is Approved by the Ministry of Finance upon Presentation by Other Ministries, and on Partial Amendments to Resolution No. 497 of 7 April 1995 "On Application of Securities in Connection with Customs Procedures" Vilnius, 26 May 1995 The Government of the Republic of Lithuania r e s o l v e s:

1. To approve the Order of Granting the Status of Customs Surety to Reliable Economic Entities of the Republic of Lithuania, the List of Which is Approved by the Ministry of Finance upon Presentation by Other Ministries (attached).
2. Introducing partial changes of Resolution No. 497 of 7 April 1995 by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania "On Application of Securities in connection with Customs Procedures" adopted (Records, 1995, No. 32-749): 2.
3. to substitute the phrase "up to and including 31 June 1995" for the phrase "up to and including 31 May 1995" in paragraph 2.1; 2.
4. to substitute the phrase "from 1 July 1995" for the phrase "from 1 June 1995" in paragraph 2.2; 2.
5. to amend the aforementioned Resolution with the following paragraph 2.2.3: "2.2.
6. other economic entities registered in the Republic of Lithuania, the list of which is approved by the Ministry of Finance upon presentation by other ministries and which are granted the status of customs surety in due order"; 2.
7. to formulate paragraph 2.3.5 as follows: "2.3.
8. for goods stored in Customs warehouses and at export-import terminals, the founder of such a Customs warehouse or a export-import terminal, upon submitting a long-term letter of guarantee of a banking institution or an insurance agency"; 2.
9. to formulate paragraph 9 of the Order of Granting the Status of Customs Surety to Economic Entities of the Republic of Lithuania approved by the aforementioned Resolution as follows: "
10. This order shall be in effect until and including 30 June 1995"; 2.
11. in the Order of Granting the Status of Customs Surety to Banking Institutions and Insurance Agencies approved by the aforementioned Resolution: 2.6.
12. to declare paragraph 2.3 invalid; 2.6.
13. to delete the phrase "certified by the Bank of Lithuania" in paragraph 2.5; 2.6.
14. to declare paragraph 4.3 invalid.
15. To obligate the Ministry of Finance to specify the criteria for the evaluation of economic entity reliability up to and including 5 June
17. Ministries concerned, in accordance with the criteria specified by the Ministry of Finance for the evaluation of economic entity reliability, shall draw the list of reliable economic entities, that are recommended to be granted the status of Customs surety, up to and including 9 June
