Translation from Lithuanian Translation from Lithuanian PRIME MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA D I R E C T I V E No. 110 On Appointment of Governors to International Financial Organizations for the Republic of Lithuania Vilnius, 10 March 1995

1. To appoint Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania Mr. K. Ratkevièius as the Governor to the International Monetary Fund, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance and Director of the Budget Department Mr. A. Kriþinauskas as Alternate Governor for the Republic of Lithuania.
2. To appoint Minister of Finance Mr. R. Ðarkinas as the Governor to the World Bank, Minister of Economy A. Vasiliauskas as Alternate Governor for the Republic of Lithuania.
3. To appoint Minister of Finance Mr. R. Ðarkinas as the Governor to the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development, Minister of Economy Mr.A.Vasiliauskas as Alternate Governor for the Republic of Lithuania.
4. To recognize as invalid Directive No. 442p "On Appointment of Governors to International Financial Organizations for the Republic of Lithuania" adopted on 28 July 1994 by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. Prime Minister Adolfas Ðleþevièius
