1. To appoint Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania Mr. K. Ratkevièius as the Governor to the International Monetary Fund; State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance and Director of the Budget Department Mr. A. Kriþinauskas as the Alternative Governor for the Republic of Lithuania.
2. To appoint Minister of Finance Mr. R. Ðarkinas as the Governor to the World Bank; Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania Mr. J. Niaura as the Alterative Governor for the Republic of Lithuania.
3. To appoint Minister of Finance Mr. R. Ðarkinas as the Governor to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development; Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania Mr. J. Niaura as the Alterative Governor for the Republic of Lithuania.
4. To recognize Directive No. 110 of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania of 10 March 1995 "On the Appointment of Governors to International Financial Organizations for the Republic of Lithuania" as invalid. Prime Minister Adolfas Ðleþevièius
