1. Partly amending Resolution No. 985 “On Procedure of Export and Import Regulations in the Republic of Lithuania” adopted by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 14 October 1994 (Records, 1994, No.81-1539, No. 85-1615; 1995, No. 20-460, No. 39-978, No. 44-1082, No. 61-1550, No. 63-1597, No. 70-1678, No. 76-1776„ No. 79-1842, No. 88-1977, No. 91-2047; 1996, No. 7-177, No. 31-778, No. 33-825, No. 39-970, No. 60-1415, No. 61-1415, No. 77-1849): 1.
2. in terms of customs duties of import tariffs for the imported goods approved by the aforementioned resolution: 1.1.
3. to outline Paragraph VII “Plastics and Articles Thereof, Rubber (Natural Rubber) and Articles Thereof” as follows: “391721, 39172291-39172299, articles of plastics 10 15”; 39172391-39172399, 39172915-39173190, 39173231, 39173251, 39173299, 391733, 39173915, 39174010, 3918, 39201029-39201090, 392041-39204219, 39204299, 392059, 392061, 392063-392069, 392072-39207310, 39207390-392079, 392092-392112, 392114-39219011, 39219020-39219030, 39219043-3922, 392321, 39233090-392350, 39239090-392690 1.1.
4. to supplement Paragraph X “Pulp of Wood or of other Fibrous Cellulose Material, Waste and Scrap of Paper or Paperboard; Paper and Paperboard; Article of Paper and Paperboard” with the following subparagraph: “480810 corrugated paper 20 20 and cardboard 481910 boxes and small boxes 10 10”; from corrugated paper or cardboard 1.1.
5. to outline subparagraph three of Paragraph XX “Miscellaneous Manufactured Articles” as follows: “94051010-94051091, 940520, 940530, lamps and lighting 940550-940599 fittings 10 10”; 1.
6. within the list of the countries wherefrom goods accompanied by the certificates of origin are subject to the conventional import duties: 1.2.
7. to outline subparagraph five as follows: “Republic of India 22 June 1995”; 1.2.
8. to replace the subparagraph “Republic of Moldova*** 27 March 1995” by the subparagraph “Republic of Moldova*; 1.2.
9. to delete the subparagraph “Ukrain*”; 1.2.
10. to supplement the aforementioned list with the following subparagraphs: “Republic of Cyprus 10 April 1995 Republic of Slovenia 29 March 1995 Republic of Uzbekistan 28 August 1995”; 1.
11. to supplement the list of the countries wherefrom goods accompanied by the certificates of origin are subject to the preferential import duties, as approved by the aforementioned resolution, with the following subparagraph: “Ukrain 21 November 1995”.
