- To establish that the customs duties of bound tariff rates for the imported goods approved by the present Resolution shall not be subject to increase, except for cases provided in the international treaties and legal instruments of the World Trade Organization, and are also to be treated as the initial offer of the Republic of Lithuania to the member-states of the World Trade Organization in negotiations on the establishment of the bound rate of tariffs for customs duties for the imported goods.
