THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA Translation from Lithuanian GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA R E S O L U T I O N No. 15 On the Partial Amendment to Resolution No. 866 "On the Approval of the Regulations on the Application of Charges for the Services Rendered in the Airspace and Airports of the Republic of Lithuania" Adopted on 21 June 1995 by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Vilnius, 4 January 1996 The Government of the Republic of Lithuania r e s o l v e s: Partly amending Resolution No. 866 "On the Approval of the Regulations on the Application of Charges for the Services Rendered Within the Airspace and Airports of the Republic of Lithuania" adopted on 21 June 1995 by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (Records, 1995, No. 53-1316), to outline paragraphs 25 and 29 as follows: "25. Aviation security charge shall be equal to 10 per cent of the amount of the landing charge, which shall be calculated for each 24 hours (the sum shall be rounded to the nearest whole number in the usual manner). 29. For the users of the airspace and airports of the Republic of Lithuania intending to pay for the services by transfer but failing to do so within 24 days, fine for late payment of 0,2 per cent of the total sum for each day delayed shall be levied.
