Translation from Lithuanian Translation from Lithuanian GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA R E S O L U T I O N No. 187 On the Partial Amendment to Resolution No. 205 adopted on 8 February 1995 by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania “On Enactment of the Free Trade Agreement between the Republic of Lithuania and the European Community, the European Atomic Energy Community, and the European Coal and Steel Community” Vilnius, 5 February 1996 Enacting Articles 2 and 10 of the Free Trade Agreement between the Republic of Lithuania and the European Community, the European Atomic Energy Community, the European Coal and Steel Community, the Government of the Republic of Lithuania r e s o l v e s:

1. Partly amending Resolution No. 205 adopted on 8 February 1995 by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania “On Enactment of the Free Trade Agreement between the Republic of Lithuania and the European Community, the European Atomic Energy Community, and the European Coal and Steel Community” (Records, 1995, No. 14-332): 1.
2. to outline paragraph 3 as follows: “
3. To establish that goods, imported to the Republic of Lithuania and accompanied by the certificates of origin of the European Union countries, not including textile and textile articles (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature of EEC - 5001-6310) and goods, exported to the countries of the European Union and accompanied by the certificates of origin of the Republic of Lithuania, not specified in the Annexes of the present Resolution shall be not subject to import and export duties;”
4. to append the said resolution with paragraph 4: “
5. To apply agreed duties on textile and textile articles (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature of EEC - 5001-6310) imported to the Republic of Lithuania from the European Union countries (provided they are accompanied by the certificates of origin testifying that goods were produced in said countries) as specified in Resolution No. 985 “On Procedure of Export and Import Regulation in the Republic of Lithuania” adopted on 14 October by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (Records, 1994, No. 81-1539, No. 85-1615; 1995, No. 20-460, No. 39-978, No. 44-1082, No. 61-1550, No. 70-1678, No. 79-1842, No. 88-1977)”; 1.
6. in Annex 1 of the said resolution: 1.3.
7. to replace the passage: “20019080 Tomatoes, red beets, 40 38 38 36 36 35 35” cabbages, green peas by the passage: “20019080 Tomatoes, beets 40 38 38 36 36 35 35”; (not including beets of the species Beta vulgaris var. conditiva), cabbages (not including red cabbage), green peas****** 1.3.
8. to append the said appendix with this sixth footnote (considering the former sixth footnote as the seventh one and marking it at the relevant table place whose code is 2204): “****** the code according to the Combined Nomenclature of Lithuania - ex 20019095”; 1.
9. in Annex 5 of the said resolution: 1.4.
10. to outline passage 17 as follows: “39173915 other seamless tube, pipes and hoses thereof 10”; 1.4.
11. to delete this passage: “39201021 other plates, sheets, film, other products 10”; of polyethylene of low specific gravity 1.4.
12. to outline passage 44 as follows: “392190, other plates, sheets, film, foil and strip, of plastics 10”; excluding 39219019 and 39219041 1.4.
