Translation from Lithuanian Translation from Lithuanian THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA R E S O L U T I O N No. 210 On Reorganization of the Credit Fund for Residential Houses, Apartment Renovation and Heating Vilnius, 7 February 1996 The Government of the Republic of Lithuania r e s o l v e s:
- to reorganize the Credit Fund for Residential Houses, Apartment Renovation and Heating of the Republic of Lithuania to a non-profitable organization - Abode Credit Fund (further referred to as Abode Credit Fund).
- to oblige the Ministry of Construction and Urban Development: 2.
- to carry out the functions of the founder of the Abode Credit Fund; 2.
- to prepare by 26 February 1996 the procedure of fund formation, management and distribution of the Abode credit fund, and to submit it for the approval of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.
