Translation from Lithuanian Translation from Lithuanian GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA R E S O L U T I O N No. 49 On Supplements to Resolution No. 718 “On the Restriction of Import of Certain Things (Goods) to the Republic of Lithuania, their Export and Transit” adopted on 19 May 1995 by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Vilnius, 8 January 1996 The Government of the Republic of Lithuania r e s o l v e s:

1. To append the list of items (goods), import, export and transit of which is prohibited without permission across the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, and which was approved by Resolution No. 718 “On the Restrictions of Import of Certain Things (Goods) to the Republic of Lithuania, their Export and Transit” adopted on 19 May 1995 by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (Records, 1995 No. 44-1085; 1996, No. 1-22) with paragraph 12: “
2. Second-hand tires of cars (code according to the Combined Nomenclature of Goods of EEC - 4012.20.90.0) can be imported, exported and transferred as transit with a permission of the Ministry of Environment according to the established procedure. Not more than five second-hand tires of per one car, excluding tires on the wheels of a car, can be imported, exported and transferred as transit without permission.”
3. The present resolution comes into effect from 1 February
