Translation from Lithuanian Translation from Lithuanian PRIME MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA D I R E C T I V E No.80 On the Appointment of Governors to International Financial Organizations for the Republic of Lithuania Vilnius, 29 March 1996

1. To appoint Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania Mr. R. Ðarkinas as Governor to the International Monetary Fund for the Republic of Lithuania.
2. To appoint the Minister of Finance Mr. A. Kriþinauskas as Governor to the World Bank group organisations and the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania Mr. J. Niaura as Alternate Governor for the Republic of Lithuania.
3. To appoint the Minister of Finance Mr. A. Kriþinauskas as Governor to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania Mr. J. Niaura as Alternate Governor for the Republic of Lithuania.
4. To recognize Directive No. 342 of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania of 19 July 1995 "On the Appointment of Governors to International Financial Organizations for the Republic of Lithuania" as invalid. Prime Minister Mindaugas Stankevièius
