Translation from Lithuanian Translation from Lithuanian Government of the Republic of Lithuania R E S O L U T I O N No. 431 On Partial Amendments to Resolution No. 268 "On the Procedure of Export and Import Regulation in the Republic of Lithuania" adopted on 24 March 1997 by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Vilnius, 8 May 1997 The Government of the Republic of Lithuania r e s o l v e s:

1. Partly amending Resolution No. 268 "On the Procedure of Export and Import Regulation in the Republic of Lithuania" adopted on 24 March 1997 by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (Records, No. 27-645, 1997): 1.
2. to outline the terms of reexport and reimport defined in paragraph 2.1 as follows: "reexport - export from the customs territory of goods previously imported into this territory; reimport - import into the customs territory of goods previously exported from this territory; 1.
3. to outline the second passage of paragraph 2.2 as follows: "This procedure must be observed by passengers in cases specified by the customs regime for the passengers crossing the state border of the Republic of Lithuania approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and also by natural persons devoid of the status of economic entities"; 1.
4. to outline paragraph 2.10 as follows: "2.
5. edible alcohol solutions with mixtures of odoriferous substances (codes according to the Combined Goods Nomenclature - 2103.90.30, 3302.10.10) may be imported only under licences issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, non-edible alcohol solutions with mixtures of odoriferous substances (codes according to the Combined Goods Nomenclature - 3302.90.10) - subject to licences issued by the Ministry of National Economy only"; 1.
6. to append the list of countries wherefrom goods accompanied by the certificates of origin are subject to conventional import duties and which has been approved by the said resolution with the following passages "Czech Republic*** 23 September 1993", "Slovak Republic*** 3 August 1991" and also with the third footnote "***until the free trade agreement enters into force"; 1.
7. to substitute the passage "Czech Republic*" for the passage "Czech Republic 1 April 1997" and the passage "Slovak Republic*" for the passage "Slovak Republic 1 April 1997 in the list of countries wherefrom goods accompanied by the certificate of origin are subject to preferential import duties and which is approved by the said resolution and also to append the above mentioned list with the footnote "*With the free trade agreement in force".
8. This resolution shall enter into force from 15 May
